Recently, I was able to have an opportunity to shoot with Asian Impressions Photography. Some of you may have seen his work on instagram, if not go check it out! I had so much fun doing this shoot with him, he is such a nice person and is very passionate about his work. We shot in different areas of the Art District where there are black walls to a wall full of color. It was such a nice and sunny day, I was finally able to put a face to name and was able to get to know more about Asian Impressions.
Here we shot at a little alley near Urth Cafe, there was a blank wall and some other random but interesting objects around.
This was one of my favorite locations, graffiti! Some say it’s not art but to me I still feel that there is some elements of the artists feelings. This reminded me of Five Points in NY which, isn’t there anymore (so sad).
Lastly, we circled back around to Urth Cafe. They had a beautiful brick wall with some tribal influence.
We got caught taking a selfie together…
I kept my outfit relatively basic since the location was a lot more detailed, so you don’t want to be fighting with the locations for the spotlight. I wore a basic black tee with some denim high waisted shorts, accessorized with a statement piece and my fave white sandals.
Stay tuned for more!! You can follow me on instagram @divenireme if you’d like to see sneak peeks and other stuff!!
